From the memoirs of G. Kh. Shakhnazarov

In the article, a well-known political figure, a Corresponding Member of the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Russian Academy of Sciences G. Kh. Shakhnazarov shares his memories of his years of study at the postgraduate Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences (now the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences), about the atmosphere prevailing within the walls of this scientific institution, as well as about its employees who made up the color of domestic jurisprudence of that period.
