Abstract

Article 52 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation prescribes the proper protection of the rights of victims of crimes and abuses of power, ensuring access to justice for victims and compensation for damage caused. This requirement is a norm-principle and norm-purpose, its specific content for a number of reasons is regularly refined and developed, needs systematic disclosure.
