Abstract

Civil law regulation of innovation activity is one of the most important factors in the development and efficiency of the economy. The article examines and analyzes the question of the legal origin of the concept of “innovation”, “innovation activity”, the main European and national normative legal acts of Civil Law in the field of innovation are studied. Applying various scientific methods, the author draws specific conclusions and recommendations that allow us to foresee the legal risks of the development of innovative activity.
