Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the universalization of human rights, which occurs with the development of international relations. The author considers universalization as a process with its characteristic dynamics of development, which will eventually lead to its universality and recognition by all states. Special attention is paid to the retrospective aspects, as well as the basic components of the process of such universalization. At the same time, the universalism of human rights is examined through the prism of universal values. The article concludes with the conclusion that the deepening of interstate cooperation is the only possible way to create stable and strong relations between states, which will inevitably lead to the triumph of universal values and the universal universalization of human rights.
