On the ecosystem approach to the development of the Arctic in connection with the latest investment regulation

The article analyzes the issues of investment development of the Arctic territories in relation to the applied content of the ecosystem approach in law. The ecosystem approach is a multidimensional means of influencing public relations related to the environment. Being an interdisciplinary doctrinal concept, with the development of environmental culture, the ecosystem approach acquired legal significance and began to be used in legal regulation. The article analyzes scientific approaches to the application of the ecosystem approach in Arctic Law.
