Abstract

The study of guarantees of the subjective rights of the most vulnerable groups of the population is relevant in the light of the changing international law and order. This article is based on a substantial amount of materials, including international legal acts, documents of a recommendatory nature, Russian legislation, as well as scientific research. The article considers the definition of the concept of the most vulnerable groups of the population, examines legal guarantees, as well as the question of the goals of exercising and protecting the subjective rights of the most vulnerable groups of the population
