Abstract

The article reveals some features of legal regulation in the USSR in the 20 - 30s of the XX century of labor relations in peasant farms. It shows the existence of several types of peasant farms in that period of time, the status of the employer in which influenced the application of the relevant legal framework in regulating labor relations, which was especially characteristic of kulak farms. The article analyzes the rights and obligations of persons engaged in labor in various farms, up to the adoption of the USSR Constitution of 1936, which prohibited the use of wage labor in individual farms and approved collectivist principles in the field of agricultural production.
