Abstract

The relevance of the publication of the materials of the All-Russian “Round Table” is due to the need to study the process of digitalization of justice in the conditions of increasing social significance of remote technologies. The purpose of the “Round Table” is to analyze parallel functioning automated information systems of courts of different generations, shortcomings of legal regulation of electronic justice, law enforcement problems of operation of electronic platforms of courts, and develop proposals for improving legislation in the field of electronic justice
