Abstract

The article analyzes the current Russian legislation in terms of first aid and the norms corresponding to it. The author has identified legal conflicts regarding the organization of training of employees in first aid techniques, expressed in the inconsistency of federal law. The article also addresses the issues of direct first aid and the use of medicines and drugs in the process of its provision. The author uses the method of comparative studies, comparing the current legislation, both with domestic regulatory legal acts that have expired, and with the current foreign legislation. The issue of the use of medicines and preparations is considered taking into account modern scientific medical research, which contradict the official position of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The aim of the work is to identify areas for improving legislation through the identification of conflicts
