Abstract

The article raises the question of the existence of a group of specific subjects of Financial Law - subjects of public law of the financial markets. The definition and classification of subjects of public law of the financial market is given. They are divided into three groups: 1) financial organizations that perform the functions of professional participants in the financial markets, whose activities are the focus of state regulation and supervision; 2) entities that have the authority to regulate and / or supervise the financial markets; 3) other entities whose rights and responsibilities in the field of regulation and supervision of the financial market are concentrated in certain sectors of the financial market.
