All-Russian political parties on constitutionalism in the pre-October period

The article analyzes the positions of 16 major all-Russian political parties on constitutionalism in our country and mainly in 1898 - October 1917. This was the time when it became a practical reality during the first bourgeois-democratic revolution of 1905 - 1907 in Russia, the establishment of a constitutional monarchy, when there was an active process of creating the parties themselves. The analysis is carried out on such starting points of constitutionalism as people's representation, parliamentarism, the electoral system, the referendum, the status of a person, self-government, the form of government, etc.
