About the beginning of World War II: historical and legal research. Part one

The invasion of Nazi Germany in Poland in 1939 was the beginning of World War II. The conditions that made this possible are still a subject of disputes among politicians and scientists. The arguments used are the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact and the secret Protocol for it.
