Abstract

In the article they are considered actual legal questions connected with simplification of order of extradition of persons under international cooperation in the field of criminal process of Post-Soviet countries. They are suggested deliberately simplification of extradition of persons through harmonization and unique norms of criminal and criminal procedural legislation including decreasing unnatural barriers and difficulties and intensive procedure extradition of persons in the scope of international cooperation on criminal case.
