Abstract

The article deals with various concepts and views of Russian and foreign thinkers and jurists on the comparison of the principles and criteria of justice and legality in the establishment of social order. The expediency of developing theoretical and methodological and applied levels of legal analytical activity, the main task of which is to search for and find General and private scientific criteria for the formation and functioning of a fair Rule of Law. Using the practices of the methodology of interdisciplinarity, starting with intersectoral interaction in legal science, the initial position on the fundamental importance of fair constitutional principles that ensure the unswerving observance of human rights and freedoms in modern state structures is substantiated.
