Concept and features corruption crime

The article contains a scientific study of the concept and features of corruption crimes as a type of crime in the Criminal Law of Russia. The concept and features of a corruption crime proposed by the author can serve as a theoretical basis for the further formation of a scientifically based system of norms on a corruption crime as a type of official crime in Russian Criminal Law.
