Abstract

The article discusses the concept and content of the right to marriage, creation, support and protection of the family, its implementation in international legal acts and constitutions of different States, as well as its implementation in the light of the principle of gender equality. The conclusion about violation of the principle of gender equality in the family and marriage sphere is made.
