Abstract

The article is devoted to the performance of reinsurance contracts in the Russian Federation, the performance of the reinsurance obligation, as well as the rights and obligations of the reinsurer and reinsurer in the event of an insured event under the reinsurance contract. The author of the article raises the issues of determining the insured event under the reinsurance contract, which cause disagreements among lawyers and scientists.
