Abstract

The article deals with a number of issues concerning the merits of the classification of powers of public authorities on the basis of the degree of implementation of the legal status of the head of the Russian state. Some unique features of its legal status are considered. The author proceeds from the fact that the proposed basis for the classification of powers of a public authority allows not only to more fully characterize its legal status, but also to differentiate the powers themselves.
