Abstract

Features of the sociopolitical argument in the conditions of an administrative management style are considered. It is shown, that in this case the argument role grows with the aggravation of administrative problems, when preservation of stability of normative system as a whole demands local infringements of some norms. The hypothesis is stated, that the mechanism of management realised in Russia mismatches features of national culture. Recursive character of an administrative discourse is underlined. Analogies are made with the features of legal argumentation, considered in the works of D. Kennedy and J. Balkin.
