Abstract

 

In the context of digital transformation of the state and society requires a new legal organization of counteraction to crime. It should be based on a new understanding of the law and its actions, as well as relations between the state, the population and business. The article proposes the author's concept of the legal organization of counteraction to crime in the form of adversarial criminal proceedings on the digital platform of the state. It includes the revision of the General theoretical and sectoral ideas about the means of legal regulation in the field of counteraction to crime and the proposal of the judicial order of prosecution and evidence, access to which in the form of services of the state should be open to all users.
