"Mortal sins" of criminalistic methods as a measure of the "purity" of the crimi-nal procedure

Abstract

The article is devoted to the historical relationship of the structure of pre-trial proceedings and criminalistic methods. Formed some of the scientist opinion about the only calling of criminology - to serve the criminal procedure, expressed by A.S. Alexandrov in his sensational article about the seven deadly sins of modern criminology, created a false idea about the level of development of science itself, and its relationship with the criminal procedure. In the present article using historical examples shows how futile search for unilateral dependence of the structure of criminalistic methods on the structure of pre-trial proceedings, and the benefits of joint solutions to the problems of theory and practice.
