Abstract

The paper contains author’s analytical overview of the issue of defining of regulatory area of the Russian Constitutional Law in its consideration to contemporary conditions of social and political being of the country. In the context of the relevant paradigm, there in the paper it is also given a valuation of the existing approaches to the nomination of the focused branch of the Russian law – Constitutional or State Law. It is concluded that new ways to reflection of the Constitutional Law regulatory area have a direct impact on how the issue of systematization of the Russian law is being resolved on the whole, as well as on the gaining the constitutionality of sub-constitutional legal norms and all the law-execution practices.
