Categories of the international legal entity in jurisprudence

In this article, it is analyzed views of scientists about the place of the international organizations in the system of subjects of International Law and their legal-organizational forms of activity as category of "the international legal entity". In this sense, the author investigates emergence and the status of category of the “international legal entity” as forms of activity and participation of the international organizations in private-law relations, structure, different opposite views about replacement of the term "international legal entity" with other term. And also, at present it is considered that the category of “international legal entity” in science of the international private law is scientific category and the term "legal entity" which is provided in international legal acts, which "are given" to the international organizations as to participants private-law relations is impossible, thus doesn't apply for using it as the national or foreign legal entity, because on creation, legal-organizational forms and termination of activity of the international organizations don't extend rules of the civil legislation of any state about the legal entity, because the legal basis of creation, activity, legal form and the terminations of activity of the international legal entity is not the national law, but International Law. The category of the international legal entity is applied only to the international interstate organizations as subjects of the International private Law.
