Features of legal regulation of production control in the field of waste management

The article is devoted to identifying the legal nature of production control in the field of waste management. There are a delimitation of the concept of this type of control with related legal categories and a synchronous clarification of the specifics of production control in the designated area in the article. Such specifics are concluded mainly in the determination of the subjects of the relevant control activity. In addition, the features are in the complex of legal requirements, which serve as the basis for checking and evaluating the activities of a legal entity in the field of waste management.
