Abstract

In article the social and legal space of the European economic union is investigated, the concept, spheres and features of a system of "a zone of knowledge" of EEU and the predictive directions of modernization of its legal base are proved. The role of legal forecasting in formation and functioning of legal bases of a system of "a zone of knowledge" of integration association reveals. The author suggests to develop and adopt at the level of the leading structures of integration education the Strategy of development for a legal system of EEU in the conditions of globalization taking into account national self-identification with designation of vectors of modernization of all spheres in it "zones of knowledge", other parts of a legal system of integration community, formation of optimum parameters of balance between them and ratios of its integrative and communicative functions on purpose, from one party, harmonization of the international and national legal standards, the principles, institutes and norms and, with another - oppositions to global challenges and threats and protection of national interests.
