Abstract

The article discusses some aspects of the termination of an employment contract by agreement of the parties. The analysis of judicial practice related to the termination of an employment contract by agreement of the parties. The article also discusses the procedure for canceling an agreement on termination of an employment contract.

Particularly highlighted the issue of termination of the employment contract by agreement of the parties with pregnant women and the possibility of cancellation of the agreement unilaterally. A suggestion was made about the need to legislatively resolve the issue of extending guarantees to pregnant women upon termination of an employment contract by agreement of the parties in the form of the possibility of annulment of the agreement, subject to confirmation of pregnancy at the time of conclusion of the agreement or within a month from the date of issuance of the order of dismissal.
