Unknown form of ownership in the USSR

The article is devoted to the study of state-confessional relations and in particular to the concept of "church property". The historical development of the relationship between the Church and the State has been traced, starting from 1917 to the present. Analyzed earlier secret documents regulating the right of church property in 1922–1945. Attention is drawn to the legal regulation of state-confessional relations and the new church policy of today.
