Abstract

The article provides a statistical analysis of students' intentions regarding the choice of work after graduation. The data of a survey of students on the assessment of the importance of various motives for choosing targets are used. The main goal was to find the structure of the set of intentions, which is expressed in the form of a graph of direct connections. The interrelationships between assessments of intentions define the typology of students according to their target orientation. Due to the integrity of the intent measurement scale, two ways of evaluating relationships could be used: standard correlation and information-theoretic. As calculations have shown, both methods give similar results. For the analysis, those direct connections that were identified by both methods were used. This confirms to a certain extent the possibility of using Shannon information to find direct connections by the method of partial correlations in the case of nominal scales. The found graph of direct connections revealed the typology of students' intentions and thus allows us to talk about the students themselves.

Введение
2 Среди многих проблем, с которыми столкнулось наше общество за последние годы, проблема молодёжи, её мироощущения и интересы, оказывается весьма существенной. Будущее России зависит от потенциала молодёжи сегодня. Студенчество – это специфическая группа молодежи, являющаяся её наиболее образованной и активной частью, которой под разными углами зрения занимается большое число исследователей [4, 8, 9, 13 и др.].
3 Эта динамичная группа зависит от изменяющихся социально-экономических условий, адаптируясь к ним скорее, чем взрослые люди с устоявшимися целевыми установками. Студенты просто по своему возрасту находятся на определенной стадии социо-культурного созревания личности. Именно студенчество представляет потенциальный, как интеллектуальный, так и трудовой ресурс для социально-экономического развития страны. Будущее поведение студентов на рынке труда будет зависеть от ситуации в этой сфере. Это внешние мотивационные факторы выбора карьерной траектории и способа жизни. Однако оно будет зависеть и от внутренних мотивов выбора будущей карьерной траектории и способа жизни. Комплекс мотивов очень сложный, они переплетены между собой и во-многом связаны. Поэтому и рассматривать их надо в комплексе, что и предлагается в данной статье.

Информационная база исследования
5 Информационная база исследования – опрос студенческой молодежи, проведённый в 2019 году в 5 городах Российской Федерации. При разработке программы анкетирования были учтены положения, изложенные в современной Концепции пространственного развития России, согласно которой экономический рост будет сконцентрирован в ограниченном числе центров, а социально-экономическая роль городов – региональных центров будет возрастать [14]. Предполагалось, что выбранные для исследования города могут стать в будущем областными центрами развития. При их выборе принимались во внимание численность населения и наличие в городе федеральных государственных образовательных учреждений высшего образования. В качестве университетов – партнеров в первую очередь выбирались основные государственные университеты в областных центрах.

В результате были отобраны города:

 

1. Москва – мегаполис, где в обследование вовлечены пять вузов: МГУ им. М. В. Ломоносова, Российский экономический университет им.  Г. В. Плеханова, Российский государственный аграрный университет – МСХА им. К. А. Тимирязева, Дипломатическая академия МИД России, Государственный академический университет гуманитарных наук.

 

2. Воронеж – город-миллионник. В обследовании приняли участие Воронежский государственный университет и Воронежский государственный технический университет.

 

3. Тюмень – входит в число городов с населением от 500 тысяч до 1 млн жителей. Обследован Тюменский государственный университет.

 

4. Астрахань также относится к числу городов с населением от 500 тысяч до 1 млн. Обследованы пять вузов: Астраханский государственный университет, Астраханский филиал Российской академии народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Президенте Российской Федерации, Астраханский филиал Международного юридического института (Москва), Астраханский государственный технический университет, Астраханский государственный архитектурно-строительный университет.

 

5. Тверь представляет в выборке города с населением от 100 до 500 тысяч населения. В обследовании приняли участие Тверской государственный технический университет и Тверской государственный университет.

 

Таким образом, в выборку попали 15 университетов.
