Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются состояние инновационного потенциала Индии, проблемы его развития, на решение которых нацелена инновационная политика страны. Анализируются принципы инновационной политики Индии и их эволюция в зависимости от выбора приоритетов инновационного развития государством. Проводится сопоставление с инновационной политикой КНР: выявлены уникальные черты индийской инновационной политики
