Китай и восточный вектор российской арктической политики

Санкции в отношении Российской Федерации ограничили возможность реализации арктических проектов и вызвали необходимость активизации диалога с восточными партнерами. Крупнейший из них, Китай, становится все бо- лее вовлеченным в арктические процессы. Российско-китайское партнерство, выступая альтернативой сотрудничества с западными странами по некоторым аспектам, заведомо неравноценно и должно поддерживаться исключительно с опо- рой на российские национальные интересы и существующие международные нормы в отношении Арктики.
