Аннотация

В 2018 г. на севере Мьянмы произошло очередное обострение вооруженного конфликта между войсками центрального правительства и этническими вооруженными формированиями качинов. Данный конфликт разворачивается в штате Качин, который имеет общую границу с КНР и является местоположением важных для Китая инвестиционных проектов. Традиционно Пекин настаивает на принципе невмешательства во внутренние дела других государств, но придерживается ли он этой политики в Мьянме? В статье автор анализирует роль КНР в конфликте в штате Качин и выявляет факторы, которые повлияли на изменение политики Пекина.
