Аннотация

Анализируется научная литература по тематике «Один пояс - один путь». Установлено, что большинство авторов позитивно воспринимает данные инициативы. Это указывает на положительный баланс открывающихся возможностей и возникающих проблем. Наиболее оптимистичны китайские ученые, ориентированные на экономику. Исследователи из других стран чаще всего рассматривают комплекс позитивных и негативных факторов, включающих экологические, географические, этнографические и др. аспекты.
