Сотрудничество МВФ с развивающимися странами: опыт центральной Азии

В последние десятилетия произошли существенные изменения в наборе инструментов, используемых Международным валютным фондом (МВФ, Фонд) при работе в странах с низким уровнем дохода на душу населения. На основе анализа опыта сотрудничества МВФ с государствами Центральной Азии показано, что бедные страны (Киргизия и Таджикистан) прибегают преимущественно к финансовой помощи Фонда, тогда как более развитые государства (Казахстан и Узбекистан) сотрудничают с МВФ по линии получения консультативной помощи, привлекая кредиты многосторонних институтов развития.
