7 The conference moderator - Victoria Romanova, LL.D., Professor, Scientific Supervisor of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Lawyers of Russia for Energy Law and Development of the Energy Complex Laws, welcomed the participants of the conference.
8 The conference was attended by representatives of the scientific and expert community, energy companies, and public organizations.
9 The participants of the conference discussed current issues of energy law development in the Russian Federation and abroad. Issues related to the formation of the common electric power market of the Eurasian Economic Union, problematic aspects of international legal regulation of interaction between the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, formation of trends and goals of development of gas law in the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China, development of international nuclear law, development of low-carbon energy in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Serbia, other foreign countries, etc. were of great interest.
