2	I am pleased to welcome you all at the international scientific and practical conference Musin Readings 2020. Topical Issues of Energy Law. We planned to hold this event at our Institute, create a platform for lively meetings and fruitful networking, unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, we had to change the format of our conference. I am certain that current platforms and technologies will allow us to make this event as successful as possible. Musin Readings have assembled a great team of professionals. Such a useful topic as legal regulation of relations in the energy industry is worth our full attention and support. Today, energy law is rapidly evolving both in Russia and elsewhere, marking the need for scientific cooperation in this area. Gazprom, PJSC, contributes to the development of relations in this branch of law. The conference participants will share their experience and best practices, including those pertaining to legal regulation of the gas market. I hope that your efforts will be rewarded, that you will strengthen ties and cooperation, achieve professional success, and look forward to seeing you at Musin Readings 2021.
