Особенности отношений Турции и Венесуэлы в контексте теории ролей

В результате трансформации международной системы в XXI в. роль Латинской Америки становится все более важной, а интерес к ней растет. Если до начала XXI в. отношения Турции с государствами Латинской Америки и Карибского бассейна носили ограниченный характер, то в последние два десятилетия они приобретают стратегическое значение. Венесуэла является одной из стран, определяемых Турцией как стратегически важные в экономическом и политическом планах. В данной статье двусторонние контакты государств были рассмотрены сквозь призму «теории ролей» с учетом общей роли, которую Турцией играет в Латинской Америке, и, частично, роли Венесуэлы на Ближнем Востоке.
