Аннотация

В представленной статье авторы, анализируя ряд кейсов, приходят к выводу, что «мягкая сила» КНР, несмотря на ее медленные (по сравнению с США) темпы развертывания, постепенно привлекает все большую аудиторию в латиноамериканских государствах. В то же время благодаря тщательно продуманной наступательной культурной политике поглощения и «захвата» КНР расширяет свое экономическое и политическое влияние в регионе.
