Государство как личность: традиция и основные тенденции теоретической интерпретации

Аннотация

В статье анализируются разнообразные аспекты интерпретации концепций персонификации государства в современной политической философии и политической науке. В частности, подчеркивается, что в теоретическом плане парадоксы, связанные с многочисленными теоретическими попытками отождествления «политической личности» с государством, восходят к философии раннего модерна. В своем первоначальном виде они были предельно четко представлены Томасом Гоббсом в «Левиафане» и других его политических сочинениях. В современной научной и философской литературе непосредственным источником множества теоретических дебатов являются гоббсовские дефиниции личности и государства в XVI и XVII главах «Левиафана». Авторы подробно исследуют сложный процесс аналитики наследия Гоббса в трудах М. Оукшотта, К. Скиннера, Д. Рансимана, Ф. Петтита, А. Абизадеха, Д. Готье, Б. Холланда, Ш. Флеминга и других ученых и политических теоретиков, акцентируя внимание на преемственности между гоббсовской политической философией и античной традицией (Платон, Аристотель, Фукидид, римские стоики). Подробно исследуется ряд сложных вопросов, связанных с интерпретацией персонификации государства в современной политической философии и международной политической теории. Особенное внимание уделяется анализу теоретических дискуссий между сторонниками политического реализма и конструктивизма (Н. Г. Онуф А. Вендт, Ф. Кратохвил, Р. Скьюетт, Р. Петтман, Р. Оприско, К. Калихер, и др.).
