Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются подходы к пониманию юридической аномии в работах зарубежных исследователей. Анализируется история возникновения данного понятия, определяется взаимосвязь юридического и социального в аномии. Делается вывод о наличии нескольких подходов к пониманию аномии в целом и ее юридической составляющей в частности. Дается критический анализ ряда существующих концепций. На основании изучения существующих критериев выделения видов социальной и юридической аномии, авторами предложена собственная классификация концепций правовой аномии. Сформулирован вывод о применимости зарубежных концепций аномии с позиции отечественных подходов и традиций к юридическим исследованиям.
