Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical problem of optimal system of Administrative Law. It is possible different system of Administrative Law. In depend on base criterion there are institutional, branch, procedural, functional systems of Administrative Law. The author gave brief description of them. It is concluded that functional system of Administrative Law is optimal. Criterion of its building is subject of law regulation. Functional system of Administrative Law consists of management law, Police Law, law of administrative justice
