Current legal issues of investments in the sphere of military-technical cooperation

The article is devoted to studying the pressing legal questions of investments, transferring of licenses to a foreign state to manufacture Russian military products, joint ventures and acquisition of shares in such ventures in a foreign state, analysis of legal regime of investment services in the sphere of military-technical cooperation. The article pays a particular attention to the scope of terms “investment” and “investment service” because of the different administrative law regimes regarding their civilian and foreign trade turnover established by the state
