Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of harmonization of norms establishing administrative and criminal liability for violations in the field of traffic. Based on the comparison of the relevant norms of the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offences of the Russian Federation and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the analysis of the materials of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, proposals are formulated aimed at optimizing the combination of provisions of administrative-tort and criminal legislation in the area under consideration.
