Abstract

The article examines the impact of the process of globalization on the national law of the Russian Federation, reveals the concept of globalization as a complex social and political phenomenon, justifies the judgment that the signs of globalization in the legal sphere will be a change in the levels of the legal system, i.e., changes in the legal system. The author analyzes judicial precedent as a legal phenomenon, assesses its role and place in the legal system of the Russian Federation, and concludes that the significance of judicial precedent is continuously increasing for the national legal system
