Abstract

One of the priority areas in the foreign policy of the Commonwealth states, especially those which are specializing in fuel and energy exports, has become cooperation with one of the highest among the international organizations of the energy sector - OPEC, which today is the most influential structure in the oil market in the world. Nowadays, as the result of the long-lasted processes, the oil exporting countries feel the huge economical pressure, and only the focus on cooperation and dialogue between these states will make possible to maintain a balance and keep a stability in spite of the difficult international situation
