Genesis of innovations in law

The article examines the innovative features of the law. The origin and nature of legal innovations depends on the type of legal matter. Novelty in legal science is the solution of a scientific problem that is important for the development of the relevant branch of knowledge. Innovations in law-making, as a rule, are associated with legal and other reforms carried out in the state. Law enforcement and organizational and methodological innovations can be caused by practical examples of effective implementation of legal norms, a creative approach to identifying their meaning in a changing reality, combined with the integration of other social norms developed by civil society institutions, as well as innovations in digital technologies.
