Modern dialectics of the state and morality S.N. Baburin. The moral state. Russian view on the values of constitutionalism

The article is devoted to the analysis of the new work of Prof. S. N. Baburin on the moral state. The article analyzes the reinterpretation of the role of the spiritual and moral principles of the modern state, its approach to General theoretical issues of state studies, political and legal problems of relations between man, society and the state. The study of constitutionalism in historical dynamics, carried out through the prism of ethics and axiology of the state, is positively evaluated. The author's approaches to the relationship between the state and religion, to the spiritual values of the nation, and the author's understanding of the Russian nation and the role of Orthodoxy are polemically considered. It is concluded that the work done on the philosophy of the state has become an important stage in the development of modern state studies.
