Abstract

The article analyzes the criminal law policy of the Russian Federation in preventing crimes in the sphere of economic activity by regulating positive post-criminal acts. Conclusions: Regulation of positive post-criminal acts that are conditions for exemption from criminal liability for crimes in sphere of economic activities, aimed at: 1) the establishment of a "compromise" with the perpetrators of these crimes; 2) reduction of the latency of crime in the sphere of economic activity; 3) completion of the budget due to the receipt of monetary compensation, depending on the size of the resulting income as a result of the crime; 4) damages caused by the crime the state's economy.
