Finance and financial and legal relations in the Moscow Kingdom. Draft system of the Moscow Kingdom

The article describes the Moscow State (Kingdom) of the XVII century in a state of mobilization of financial and military resources in order to return the lands lost in the XIII - XIV centuries. Financial authorities, tax system, treasury, and financial control are analyzed.
