Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the concept “migratory security”, contained in contemporary legal doctrine. The main characteristics are the complex of the standards of International Law and national legislation in the interests of national migratory security of the Russian Federation; the availability of administrative and legal relations in migratory sphere (migratory legal relations); the availability of risks and threat in migratory sphere, connected with uncontrolled and illegal migration; the availability of the system and structure of the subjects (public authorities of the Russian Federation including governmental authorities of the Russian Federation; local authorities and other subjects); the availability of a basic aim of the authorities providing migratory security such as stable law and order support. The author’s definition of migratory security of the Russian Federation.
