Abstract

The article examines legal contracts in the system of forms of Russian Labor Law, analyzes their legal nature, considers legal elements, and reveals the relationship of legal contracts with other types of forms of Russian Labor Law. The author States the need to distinguish between legal acts and legal contracts in the General interconnected and interdependent system of forms of Russian Labor Law. Special attention is paid to the terminology used in relation to types of legal contracts containing Labor Law norms. The author refers to the types of legal contracts in Labor Law as a collective agreement and agreements concluded within the framework of social partnership.
